These past couple months we’ve experienced a lot of change within the Brand both good and bad. A very real culmination of blood sweat and tears went into the planning and  refurbishing of the new Cream Co Brand store in the heart of San Diego. We had a big turn out for our soft opening and cant wait to officially open our door!

FAST FASHION?.. HIGH END FASHION LABEL MOSCHINO RELEASES FALL/WINTER RUNWAY CAPSULE. 

The Italian luxury fashion house's newest creative director, Jeremy Scott has fallen under scrutiny over his latest collection featuring what looks similar to McDonalds employee uniforms and accessories. 

'One knowing how it is to work at McDonald's knows there is nothing fashionable about it,' -Mia Brusendorff, a former McDonald’s worker

It seems minimum wage workers find it hard to see Scott’s ironic humor calling it a “Mockery” poking fun at McDonalds employees (especially having each collection piece priced at around 1,500.00) . Mr. Scott, well known for his outrageous and creative contributions to pop-culture+fashion faced similar run ins with his fans back in 2012 after the release of the Adidas “Trainers” featuring what look like “slave” shackles attached to the ankle. The question regarding what fashion is and isn’t usually comes up when it comes to sensitive topics. But could fashion, like art, have no point at all but to awaken ones senses? make someone think. Or is fashion just something to keep you covered and warm? Is there a line between it? Where do you draw it?
